40 year old Parveen Bibi is BISP beneficiary, living in revenue village Sarishta Nasheeb, Union Council Jhakhar of District Layyah, Punjab. Her husband Ghulam Abbas earned his living by working as a waiter in marriages. His livelihood was neither sustainable nor sufficient to meet financial needs of the family.

After market survey conducted by concerned staff and other community members, they were provided with required items. With this value addition their income has been increased significantly, now their monthly income is around PKR. 7000 to PKR.1100. Parveen Bibi and Ghulam Abbas are now in a better position to look after the needs of their children and plan their future.
