Building Resilience to Disasters & Climate Change (BRDCC) project is financed by the National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund. The Project is designed to organise and educate communities to understand their vulnerabilities to natural hazards, enhance their institutional and physical capacity to reduce the socio-economic and ¬fiscal impacts of natural hazards and climate change on the rural poor in the 16 union councils of eight districts of the four provinces and Gilgit Baltistan.
