PPAF Internship Training Program aims at training fresh university graduates to prepare them for the challenges of the development sector. Under the program fresh graduates are provided one month long in - house training, followed by field attachment.

PPAF has a substantial experience of designing and managing Internship Programmes. For the last five years, PPAF’s HID component is managing standard internship programmes by engaging youth in productive activities. It is also worth mentioning that the HID unit has successfully completed one batch of Balochistan Internship Training Program and two batches of FATA Internship Training Program under PPAF III.

To initiate special programmes for young men and women from all rural areas of Pakistan, PPAF is in the process of implementing Internship Programmes.
