"Not a single moment has lapsed when I think about how to tackle challenges confronted by our beloved country. Not a single day passed when we had not put our heads together, to devise a strategy to resolve lingering problems afflicting the country. The PML-N government is determined to provide an array of opportunities to the people of Pakistan so that they could play their effective role in national development. For this very purpose, we have formulated innovative planning to make our brethren stand on their feet by offering them a chance to set up their own enterprises through Prime Minister’s Interest-Free Loan Scheme (bila Sood qarz) (PMIFL). The path to development demands sacrifices and my heart bears testimony that despite prevailing hurdles, we can build a prosperous Pakistan. I appeal to the nation to lend consistent support to the government initiatives and exhibit national enthusiasm and unity at this juncture. Micro finance schemes are the catalysts for political and economic development while micro credit is an instrument of change for the poorest segment of the society, especially women. Such schemes further boost the productive economic activities in the country. I am convinced that if our youth are given proper guidance and financial support through micro credit schemes and better access to innovative technology, they can play their positive role in development of the country."
