The Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund
(PPAF) is a not-for-profit company and represents an innovative model of public
private partnership. Incorporated under section 42 of the Companies Act 1984 it
follows the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission of
Pakistan.

role as a facilitator, helping to alleviate poverty in Pakistan through empowering
poor people by providing equitable access to opportunities for increased incomes

our new and improved monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
